Adam helps clients with immigrant & nonimmigrant cases before the USCIS, DOL, DOS, and in federal court. His practice includes complex I-140 education equivalency and ability-to-pay issues.

In the areas of corporate and general immigration law, Anna handles a variety of cases, including motions and appeals, and visas for individuals with extraordinary ability in the national interest.

Managing Attorney / Member

As managing attorney, Aron is responsible for the overall functioning of our firm. He consults primarily in the area of employment-based immigration law, guiding companies & individuals.

As Coordinator of our Green Card Department, Jessica represents companies and individuals before the USCIS, DOL, and the DOS. Her focus is PERM labor certifications, I-140s, & more.
