Joy Dungca, Attorney

Joy joined our firm with several years of experience managing high volume U.S. immigration cases both on the nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions in the employment and family base tracks. She started her career in asylum and deportation and later moved to nonimmigrant petitions like petition for nonimmigrant worker (form I-129s) with focus on the H-1 and L-1 categories. She then handled immigrant petitions filed with USCIS and the Consular Services. She progressed into the practice until she became the head of one of the departments at her previous firm.

She is an attorney in the Murthy Law Firm’s green card department. She represents individuals and employers of varying size and scale. She handles PERM labor certifications, immigrant petitions (I-140s), applications to adjust status (I-485s), petitions to remove condition on residence (form I-751s), consular processing cases and applications for naturalization (form N-400s).
