TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS

This is the type of consultation used most at our office. The Murthy Law Firm can conveniently and efficiently consult with people located anywhere in the U.S. or abroad. This is because no individual state in the United States is allowed to pass legislation in connection with immigration matters under the doctrine of preemption.

If you would like to schedule a paid consultation to discuss your case by phone, please call our firm at 410.356.5440 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (ET) to set a date and time for the consultation with Attorney Murthy or a highly-qualified attorney on her team. You will be faxed or eMailed (your preference) a consultation sheet, the return of which, with your payment, will confirm your scheduled consultation. You will also be asked to fill an online consultation form with some basic information.

A 20-minute telephone consultation with Attorney Murthy is $250; with a Senior Attorney is $200; and with an Associate Attorney is $150.



IN-PERSON CONSULTATIONS

These consultations are primarily for those who wish to meet the attorneys in person. This is practical for individuals who live in the Baltimore / Washington area or those willing to travel.

If you would like to schedule a paid consultation to discuss your case in person, please call our office at 410.356.5440 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (ET) to set a date and time for the consultation with Attorney Murthy or a highly-qualified attorney on her team. You will be faxed or eMailed (your preference) a consultation sheet, the return of which, with your payment, will confirm your scheduled consultation. You will also be asked to fill an online consultation form with some basic information.

A 20-minute in-person consultation with Attorney Murthy is $250; with a Senior Attorney is $200; and with an Associate Attorney is $150.



eMAIL CONSULTATIONS

To understand the procedure and to get the fee information for a paid eMail consultation with an attorney from the Murthy Law Firm, send an eMail request to <clientservice@murthy.com>.

After the payment is made, the eMail consultation lets you send a brief description of your situation and the questions you need answered via eMail. After you receive your initial reply from the attorney, you may send another eMail with a set of follow-up questions. The attorney will then send you a final response.

The fee for an email consultation is $750 and the whole process takes approximately one to two weeks.



PRE-HIRE CONSULTATIONS

You may speak with an attorney in our firm to briefly review your situation. Call 410.356.5440 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (ET), specifically requesting a PRE-HIRE consultation. Please note that a consultation of this type is for those interested in hiring our office, but who have some questions before making a decision. If the matter you present is complex, you will be asked to schedule a paid consultation at a later time.
