REPRESENTATION

Once it has been determined that the Murthy Law Firm will represent you, you will receive a legal representation agreement (LRA) from our Client Services Department. The LRA is specific to your procedure and differs according to whether the client is a company or an individual / family.

The LRA contains the details of the process and a breakdown of the various fees, including USCIS fees. After the LRA and the required initial payments are returned to us, you will be assigned a client ID or case number and your file will be activated and sent to a legal department with a specific attorney / paralegal team designated to your case.

The paralegal will update you on the progress of your case. If you have legal questions or need advice about how to proceed or about other factors that may change or complicate your process, the attorney handling your case will consult with you. By law, paralegals are not permitted to give legal advice. Any question of a legal nature must be directed to an attorney.

Thank you for your interest in the Murthy Law Firm. We look forward to helping you, your family and friends in U.S. immigration matters!
