Aron Finkelstein
Assistant Managing Attorney / Senior Attorney
Attorney Aron A. Finkelstein is the Assistant Managing Attorney at the
Murthy Law Firm. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science
from the University of Maryland and completed his law degree at the
University of Baltimore.
Mr. Finkelstein began working in the field of immigration law while clerking
at a downtown Baltimore law firm in 1995. He is an active member in the
American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He has served on many of
AILA's committees, including as Co-Liaison to the State of Maryland
Department of Labor, the Federal Department of Labor Committee for Region
II, the AILA Congressional Committee, as Vice Chair for the Education
Committee, Chair of the AILA DC Chapter Department of Labor Committee, and
as a member of the AILA DC Chapter Executive Committee. Mr. Finkelstein
helped establish Murthy's Corporate Teleconference series and regularly
participates on the panel to clarify employment immigration matters critical
to companies. He advises clients via telephonic and in-person consultations,
serves as a mentor, and assists Attorney Murthy in the daily management of
the law firm.
Mr. Finkelstein has been awarded the high to very high rating for
legal ability and very high for General Ethical Standards from
Martindale-Hubbell.
This prestigious award represents a level of ability acknowledged by his
peers and signifies his professional ethics and conduct in caring for
clients of the Murthy Law Firm. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the
University of Baltimore School of Law, teaching the Employment-Based
Immigration Law course.
Mr. Finkelstein is a member of the Maryland State Bar, the United States
District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Supreme Court of the
United States.

Dana Delott
Senior Attorney
Attorney Dana Delott earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan
State University, East Lansing, Michigan, with a dual major in
multi- disciplinary studies and political science in 1984. She earned her law
degree from George Washington University, Washington, D.C. in 1988.
Ms. Delott has been practicing immigration law in the D.C. / Baltimore area
since 1993 and joined the Murthy Law Firm in 2001. Her experience in the
field of immigration and nationality law is broad, both in terms of
clientele and practice areas. Her clients have come from every continent and
have included a full range, from multi-national corporations to start-up
companies and individuals from all educational and cultural backgrounds.
Dana's experience includes business- and family-based immigration,
citizenship, asylum, removal (formerly deportation), and waivers.
Attorney Delott was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1988 and the District of
Columbia Bar in 1989.
Ms. Delott came to the practice of immigration law after work in a
corporate law environment in the areas of legislative and antitrust. She
selected this area of law practice as one that allows for
assisting individuals without causing harm to others. She enjoys the
diversity of the clients, the complexity of the law and the ever-changing
nature of the practice area. Dana derives particular satisfaction from
reuniting families and enabling worthy individuals to achieve their dreams.

Adam Rosen
Supervising Attorney
Attorney Adam Rosen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science
and History from Binghamton University, in Binghamton, New York. He earned
his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, in
Cleveland, Ohio, where he served as Managing Editor for
Health Matrix : Journal of Law-Medicine.
Mr. Rosen began working in the field of immigration law as a law clerk in a
private law practice in New York City. Upon admission to the bar,
he remained in New York with a small law firm to practice immigration law.
Attorney Rosen has represented clients applying for nonimmigrant visas and
permanent residence. He is a member of the American
Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association,
and Maryland State Bar Association. Mr. Rosen also worked as law
clerk for New York City’s Department of Homeless Services. He
is admitted to the New York and Maryland Bars.
Adam entered the immigration law field to pursue his interest in
assisting individuals in the critical and complex legal matters affecting
their lives and understanding that immigration is the United States'
foundation as a successful nation, able to draw on the contributions of its
people.

Derek
Sewall
Supervising Attorney
Attorney
Derek Sewall earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Latin
American studies from Brown University in 1993. He earned his law degree
from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. Before joining the Murthy
Law Firm in 2005, Attorney Sewall practiced corporate immigration law
with a prominent immigration law firm in California, where he represented
hi-tech companies in Silicon
Valley.
Before practicing immigration law in
California, Mr. Sewall was an attorney with the largest law firm in El Paso,
Texas, where he routinely represented clients before the U.S. Consulate in
Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. He has extensive experience with all types of
immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. He contributed to the 2002-2003 edition of
the AILA Visa Processing Guide.
Derek is admitted to the Maryland Bar and is a member of the
American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is fluent in Spanish.

Jonelle Ocloo
Supervising Attorney
Attorney Jonelle Ocloo did her undergraduate studies at the College of
William and Mary where she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's
degree in International Relations. She earned her Juris Doctor from Yale Law
School. While at Yale Law School, Ms. Ocloo was a student advocate in
the Pro Bono Immigration Law Clinic and represented clients at asylum
hearings.
Prior to joining the Murthy Law Firm, Ms. Ocloo worked for a law firm
where she handled a variety of immigration matters including family-based,
adjustment of status, and naturalization cases. She studied and worked in
Japan for three years.
Ms. Ocloo is admitted to the Maryland Bar and the District of Columbia
Bar. She is a member of the American Bar Association’s International Law
Section, and the Organization of Women in International Trade (WIIT).
Jonelle's interest in immigration law stems from her personal experience as
an immigrant from Ghana. She realizes the important role global migration
plays in international trade and economic development. She loves the
practice of immigration law because she is able to help individuals and
families realize their dreams, while also making a positive impact on
various communities that benefit from the infusion of new talent and
cultural diversity. Jonelle speaks Japanese and is fluent in Ga, a native language of Ghana.

Anna Stepanova
Supervising Attorney
Attorney Stepanova received her Juris Doctor degree with special honors from
the University of Iowa. She previously obtained two Bachelor of Arts
degrees, one in Russia and another from the University of Iowa. She also
earned a Master of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of Iowa.
While at the University of Iowa Law School, Attorney Stepanova represented
clients in immigration proceedings and at asylum hearings.
Prior to joining the Murthy Law Firm, Ms. Stepanova was a founding
partner of an immigration law firm in Iowa where she handled a variety of
immigration matters, including employment- and family-based cases, as well
as the areas of adjustment of status and naturalization.
Anna’s interest in immigration law stems from her own experience as an
immigrant from Russia. She arrived as a
visitor, changed to student status, worked as an H1B professional, and
obtained permanent residency (her “green card”) through the National
Interest Waiver process. Ms. Stepanova is fluent in Russian and is admitted to the
D.C. Bar.

Pamela Genise
Supervising Attorney
Attorney Genise earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Holyoke
College and her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law
School. During Law School, Ms. Genise was a student advocate in the Domestic
Violence Clinic and focused her studies on international and family law. She was able to combine those two passions in the field of immigration
law, which she enjoys because it allows her to mix complex problem solving
with the opportunity to actively help people.
Prior to joining the Murthy Law Firm, Ms. Genise worked for a Washington
D.C. law firm, where she handled a variety of immigration matters, including
nonimmigrant work visas, employment-based cases (extraordinary ability,
national interest waiver, multinational executive / manager transfers, and
labor certifications), family-based cases, adjustment of status, and
naturalization, as well as asylum and removal hearings. Ms. Genise is an
Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Baltimore School of Law,
teaching Business Immigration Law.
Pam is a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of Virginia.

Brian Green
Supervising Attorney
Attorney Brian S.
Green earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science
from Washington & Jefferson College, in Washington, Pennsylvania. He earned
his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, in
Cleveland, Ohio, where he represented adults charged with criminal offenses
through the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic.
Mr. Green began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable
Ernest J. DiSantis, Jr., in the Erie County, Pennsylvania Court of Common
Pleas. He then gained extensive jury trial experience while serving as an
assistant public defender in Wheeling, West Virginia. Mr. Green next worked
as a civil litigator and immigration attorney at a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
corporate law firm where he handled a variety of nonimmigrant, immigrant,
and naturalization matters. He has also advised criminal and civil law
attorneys on the immigration law ramifications of criminal convictions and
noncompliance with U.S. immigration and labor laws.
Mr. Green has
appeared in local, state, and federal courts in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West
Virginia, and Wisconsin. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania and West
Virginia Bars.
Mr. Green is often called
upon to speak on immigration law and litigation topics and is a frequent contributing
author to the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s bi-monthly magazine, Immigration Law
Today.
Brian is proud of the United States' heritage of immigration,
opportunity, and diversity. He believes that he can contribute to the
success of our nation by facilitating the transition of immigrants and
nonimmigrants into our society.

Eunhae Gohng
Supervising Attorney
Attorney Gohng earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology,
as well as her Master in Science degree in Special Education
from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Gohng earned
her law
degree from the Washington College of Law at American University in
Washington D.C. During law school, she worked as a law clerk at a
litigation firm in Washington D.C. She was also a student attorney in the
International Human Rights Law Clinic, where she assisted asylees from
various countries.
Prior to joining the Murthy Law Firm, Ms. Gohng worked at a law firm in
Virginia, where she handled a variety of immigration matters, including
employment and family-based immigrant cases, nonimmigrant visa cases,
adjustment of status, and naturalization. She was also involved with the
firm’s pro bono work in assisting North Korean defectors seeking
refugee and asylee status. Attorney Gohng’s interest in immigration law
stems from her own experience as an international student from South Korea,
as well as her experience in working with
defectors
from North Korea. She realizes that, for many, securing legal immigration
status is closely connected to fundamental rights and safety of individuals.
Eunhae enjoys the practice of immigration law because of its complex and
challenging nature and also because she is able to assist individuals and
families in establishing a foundation, in the form of legal immigration
status, upon which they can realize their dreams and goals in the United
States. She is admitted to the New York Bar, and she is fluent in Korean,
spoken and written.

Khorzad Mehta
Supervising Attorney
Having earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The Ohio
State University in 2001, Attorney Mehta earned his law degree from Case Western
Reserve University School of Law in 2004. In law school, he participated in
the Immigration Law Clinic to assist noncitizens seeking asylum and refugee
status in the United States.
Since October 2003, Mr. Mehta has
assisted many international physicians
with J-1 waivers, H and O nonimmigrant petitions, labor
certifications, and National Interest Waivers and Extraordinary Ability
based immigrant petitions.
Before
joining the Murthy Law Firm in June 2008, he
also aided individual families and U.S. employers outside the health care
industry with employment- and family-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa
matters.
Mr. Mehta's passion for the relationship between immigration law and
international medical graduates stems from his personal immigration journey
as the son of an international physician and his participation in the
immigration law curriculum at Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
He enjoys assisting physicians in realizing their dreams of practicing the
art of medicine in the United States, while helping to improve access to
health care for the rural, semi-rural, and low income populations of the
United States.
Khorzad is fluent in conversational Gujarati and Hindi and has
intermediate to basic fluency in French and Marathi. He is admitted to
practice law in the State of Ohio.

Alissa Klein
Supervising Attorney
Attorney Alissa Klein earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from
the University of California, Santa Cruz. She then earned her law degree
from the Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. During
Law School, Ms. Klein was a law clerk at the New Orleans Immigration Court,
where she worked closely with the court’s clerk and Immigration Judges on
various cases before the court. While attending Tulane University School of
Law, Ms. Klein also contributed to and was an editor for the Journal of
American Arbitration and worked with the law school’s child advocacy group.
Prior to joining the Murthy Law Firm, Ms. Klein worked as an attorney for an
immigration law firm in Washington DC. There she handled an array of
immigration matters. Ms. Klein worked extensively on nonimmigrant and
immigrant employment-based cases, marriage- and family-based cases,
adjustment-of-status applications, and naturalization. Ms. Klein also
represented clients before the immigration court in removal proceedings and
worked with clients on asylum cases. Alissa greatly appreciates the
impact that immigration matters have on individuals’ lives and enjoys
working with her clients to achieve their immigration goals. She is a
member of the bar of the Court of Appeals of Maryland.

Jessica C. Y. Lee
Supervising Attorney
Attorney Jessica C.Y. Lee earned her Bachelor of Science degree in
Psychology and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Administration of Justice from
The Pennsylvania State University. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree
from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Ms. Lee's career in the field of immigration law began as a paralegal for an
immigration law firm. She then was employed in-house for the legal
departments of two multinational companies managing and focusing on
employment-based immigration cases. Ms. Lee then joined a nonprofit
organization to assist no- and low-income individuals with their immigration
matters; mainly family-based immigration and removal cases. Ms. Lee is
admitted to the state and federal bars in New Jersey and is a member of the
American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Ms. Lee
speaks Mandarin and is fluent in Cantonese. She enjoys being active in the
AsianAmerican community.
The ability to work effectively with clients seeking help with their
immigration cases is important to Jessica, who has been through the U.S.
immigration system herself. She is passionate about helping individuals and
companies to navigate successfully through the complex system of U.S.
immigration law, to realize their dreams and become successful, contributing
members of society in the United States.

Andrew Steinberg
Supervising Attorney
Attorney Andrew
Steinberg received his B.A. from the University of Virginia as an Echols
Scholar. He graduated from the UCLA School of Law in 1990, where he spent a
semester clerking for a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals
for the Ninth Circuit. Following law school, Mr. Steinberg gained experience
in a prominent international law firm in Washington D.C.
In 1992, Mr. Steinberg began a fourteen-year career with the federal
government, first by handling a broad range of immigration issues for the
Headquarters Office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). He
then became the INS Legislative Counsel, serving as the primary attorney in
developing immigration legislation in coordination with the White House,
Congress, the U.S. State Department, and the Deputy Attorney General’s
Office. While working at the INS, Mr. Steinberg received the INS
Commissioner’s Meritorious Service Award. Shortly after the Department of
Homeland Security was established in 2003, Mr. Steinberg became the
Deputy Chief of the Enforcement Law Division, Immigration and Customs
Enforcement (ICE), where he oversaw legal matters related to
investigations, detention, removal, and federal court litigation. In 2005,
he was asked to serve in the Headquarters Office of the Department of
Homeland Security (DHS). There he provided legal advice on immigration to
top policy officials.
Mr. Steinberg is admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia and
Pennsylvania. Andrew enjoys practicing immigration law, as he believes that
immigrants are vital to the strength of the United States, and is grateful
to have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
