Visa Waiver
Pilot Program Extension
Prior to May 1998
The
Senate voted by Unanimous Consent to extend the Visa Waiver Pilot Program
(VWPP) until April 30, 1998. The earlier deadline was September 30, 1997.
House action is expected when the Congress reconvenes in mid-January.
