Posted
Oct 12, 1998
We
are again providing additional summaries of national interest waiver (NIW)
cases approved for applications submitted by the Law Office of Sheela
Murthy on behalf of its clients. Although the INS is reviewing NIW cases
more stringently, if the case has merits, is well presented with a clear
and precise articulation of the benefits, etc. approvals can be obtained.
Preparation and submission of NIW cases are time intensive and strategies
have to be utilized in addressing such cases.
