Unusually Long Delays in Some I-485s at TSC
Prior to May 1998

The Texas Service Center (TSC) is attempting to locate and expedite some I-485 cases that have been pending with TSC for more than 12 months (other than health care workers and those awaiting visa availability). TSC suggests that certain information like the name and the file number, etc. be provided to attempt to locate the file and process it to conclusion.
